Disclosures

Read this before reading a card.

Vidimus attests to process and never to outcome. Everything below follows from that sentence. This page is subject to review by counsel and will be revised before the first live card is issued.

  1. 01

    What a card attests

That the named person controls the named account and confirmed the named mint before trading opened; that the listed wallets exist and are labeled; that the listed locks, vesting schedules, and authority revocations were real on-chain when the card was issued; and that the card matched on-chain state at issuance and at each subsequent update noted on it.

  2. 02

What a card does not attest

Anything about price, liquidity depth after launch, trading volume, the token's utility, the future conduct of any person, the character of any person, or the likelihood that any buyer will make or lose money. A card is not a rating, a recommendation, an endorsement, or an opinion on merit.

  3. 03

    Not advice, not an offer

Nothing on this site or on any card is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any token or security in any jurisdiction. Vidimus does not sell, issue, distribute, or market tokens.

  4. 04

    How Vidimus is paid

In cash, by the talent, their management, a label, or a sponsor, under a written engagement. The paying party is named on the card. Vidimus does not accept token allocations, points, advisory grants, revenue shares, trading fees, or any consideration tied to price or volume, and holds zero tokens in any launch it attests.

  5. 05

    Independence

Vidimus is a separate company from any exchange or protocol, including Topaz, which its principal founded. No exchange, protocol, launchpad, market-maker, or fund compensates Vidimus in connection with a launch; no client launch uses Topaz liquidity, wallets, or accounts; and no third-party mark appears on a card.

  6. 06

    Specimen content

The specimen card on this site is entirely fictional. No such token, person, wallet, or transaction exists. It is published to show the form of a real card.

  7. 07

    Jurisdiction and eligibility

Vidimus takes engagements only where counsel has confirmed the structure is permissible. Eligibility rules and excluded jurisdictions are set with counsel per engagement and are not published here. This page will be updated as those rules are finalized.

  8. 08

    Corrections

If any statement on a card is found not to match on-chain state, the card is annotated with the discrepancy, the time it was found, and its resolution. Annotations are never removed.
