The Vidimus Standard
Five articles. No exceptions.
This is the whole product. A launch is on Vidimus only if every article below is met, in public, before trading opens. The template may become stricter over time. It never becomes looser, and it is not negotiated per client.
If a manager wants an unlocked allocation, the answer is no. If counsel wants an exception for a big enough name, the answer is no. That is what makes the card worth anything.
I
Identity, proven in public, before trading
The talent posts the exact mint address from their verified primary account before a single trade clears. Not a manager. Not a burner.
- Exact mint address posted from the verified primary account before trading opens.
- Short video: face, date, mint on screen, spoken confirmation.
- Wallet signature from a key the talent, or their counsel's vault, controls.
- Engagement letter from counsel or management on letterhead.
- Impersonation check against the account's public history — not against a form.
II
Every wallet that will ever matter, labeled
Deployer, LP, treasury, talent allocation, market-maker. Published before launch. Zero unlabeled wallets with size.
- Full supply map on the card before launch: deployer, LP, treasury, talent, market-maker, anything else.
- Each wallet labeled with its address, balance, and what it is permitted to do.
- If a wallet is not on the card, it should not exist.
III
Locks with a published calendar — or no allocation
If the talent takes a bag, it is small, labeled, and locked for at least twelve months. There is no TGE unlock for the famous wallet.
- Talent or team allocation locked on-chain with a published unlock calendar, or no allocation at all.
- Talent allocation: small, labeled, twelve-month minimum cliff, then a slow linear vest. No TGE unlock.
- LP locked for a published term long enough that a rug is not the trade.
- Vidimus holds zero tokens. Our fee is cash and is disclosed on the card.
IV
Mint, freeze, and upgrade authorities: dead
No hidden mint. No freeze. No proxy that can change the rules after the fact. What you see at launch is what the contract can ever do.
- Mint authority revoked.
- Freeze authority revoked.
- Upgrade and metadata authority revoked, or time-locked and disclosed on the card.
- No proxy, no admin key, no rule that can change after trading starts.
V
One card. One URL. Forever.
Every proof, every wallet, every lock, every authority, and every fee — on a single public page that a trader can screenshot.
- How identity was proven, with timestamps and links.
- Contract, chain, explorer links.
- Supply map with balances, who can sell, when, and how much.
- What has already moved.
- Lock contracts and remaining time. Authorities: dead or not.
- Fee paid to Vidimus, in cash. Tokens held by Vidimus: none.
- The disclaimer, unmissable: this is an attestation of process, not an endorsement of price, utility, or future conduct.
The boundary
What a card says, and what it never will.
We stand behind
- This person is who they say they are.
- This is the contract. This is the mint.
- These wallets exist, they are labeled, and they cannot sell until the published date.
- Mint, freeze, and upgrade authorities are dead.
- Liquidity is locked for the published term.
- The public card matches on-chain state.
We will never say
- This coin will go up.
- This is not a scam.
- Buyers will not lose money.
- The talent will keep posting.
- Anyone involved is a good person.
- We vetted their character.
